3. The Building
Areas of the building which the group identified for work on drawing up a list of requirements. (Initials in brackets indicate volunteers who offered to work on this area and complete the proforma.)
Areas common to both primary and secondary phase:

David Melbourne offered to work on areas to be "VI friendly"
It was agreed that completed proformas would be returned to Hazel by Friday 12 September in order that they could be copied in preparation for the next meeting.
