Staff In Special Schools

 

Dear Colleague

 

At this time of major change, it is vitally important to keep everybody informed of what is happening.

 

Following on from the School Organisation Committee’s decision to allow the Special Schools Reorganisation to go ahead, we have organised a number of communications to keep you up to date and we are delighted to see you here at this information event at Valley Parade.

 

To complete the picture I now enclose:

 

  1. A copy of the slide presentation on Appointments Assimilation and other HR Issues, given by Matt Burghardt, Head of Employee Relations and Resourcing.

 

  1. A copy of the SEN Assimilation Process Document, agreed with your trades unions and professional associations.

 

  1. Answers to some questions that have been raised by staff regarding the re-organisation.
