"Discussions and consultations have continued within the HR sub,
the Joint OJC and collective and individual staff meetings concerning the
required processes for implementation of the reorganisation and the closure of
Temple Bank. Issues connected with the Temple Bank have been a
priority and the plan for the transfer is on target. Redeployment
opportunities are being sought where appropriate."
