MB to confirm with SEN Steering Group 18 July whether
copies of both teaching and non-teaching 3R’s agreements are
put on the SEN reorganisation web site together with the
following statement:
"The 3R’s is a Council agreement made with trade
union representatives for the protection of council staff
employees. Meetings will be held in September 2003 and the
3R’s will be the basis for further discussions. Negotiations
will be around this and it may affect clauses in the agreement
but that will not be at any detriment to the current 3R’s
agreement. This will also apply to staff affected by the
forthcoming changes at Temple Bank."
