2. Discussion and agreement of Action Plan activities and timescale: challenging! (Action Plan attached.)

3. The Building

The proformas already completed and returned were discussed and amended in the light of the discussion.

4. Discussion of proformas still needed. Volunteers for these identified (Initials in bold in brackets indicate volunteers who offered to work on this area and complete the proforma.)

Areas common to both primary and secondary phase:

  1. Reception Corridors (BM) - completed
  2. Hall (SG) - completed
  3. Staffroom: (HS/CH to complete from proforma worked on by whole group in July)
  4. Kitchen – leave to Buildings Group
  5. Work area – covered in staff room

  9. Meeting Room/Training Room (Further discussion required – relates to the use of the dining room – dinner time organisation)

It was agreed that completed proformas would be returned to Hazel by Monday 29 September in order that they could be photocopied in preparation for the next meeting (emailed copy of proforma already provided.)

4. Date of next meeting: Tuesday 30 September, 1.30 – 15.30.
